A California native, Joy Bibeau relocated to Tallahassee from Las Vegas nine years ago. She started working in the credit union industry in 1981. Joy joined the Florida Commerce Credit Union team in April 2008.

She has worked for credit unions in Hawaii, Nevada and Utah. Her diverse experience in the financial industry includes business development and consumer, commercial and mortgage lending.

Joy is the Branch Manager of the Department of Education office. She is a graduate of Fairmont State University with a Bachelors Degree in Management & Finance. She serves as the Finance Committee Chair for Business & Professional Women of Tallahassee.

Her outgoing personality is the perfect match for our weLiveFIT! families. Together with coach, Salina Stovall, Joy is ready to guide the DOE family in a financial journey, helping them in every step along the way.
